| On 9th Dec we co hosted District badminton and table tennis tournament at the south city towers club. 80 Rotary members and their families participated in that event. On the same day health check up camp along with Doctors from Peerless Hospital was done for 100 girl child at Shanti Rani School. |

| A Pakistani taxi driver cum owner Mr Yaqoob Malik have donated 100 uros to Rtn Apratim when he was travelling at town Hereford with him for doing some good to the needy people in India. So for that Rtn Apratim have handed over that 100 Uro to me on 14th of Nov at our RWM. On that day we decided to spend that money for the project wash in school's. |

| We have done joint meeting on 11th September 2018 with Rotary club of Calcutta Sutanuti at our meeting venue Commune from 7.30pm. There was a guest speaker who shared his views on Healthy living and gave a short training on conscious and unconscious breathing. In this meeting 20 members was present from both club. The meeting ended with some refreshment. |

We had our installation on 20/07/2018 at 5:30/pm in our regular meeting venue COMMUNE ,7B Chowringhee Terrace Kolkata 700020.
All our members along with there spouses were present in the meeting to welcome the guest and district dignitaries.
Our DG Rtn Mukul Sinha along with AG Rtn Rima Chakravarty, Rtn Prabir Chatterjee ( secretary general ),Rtn Shayak Gupta (district secretary administration ) were all present in our installation.
In addition we inducted four new members named Hirak Nandi,Abhishek Ghosh,Ratan Vershnei and Pinaki Ranjan Sinha to our club.
We also published our first installation bulletin on this day.
Finally the program was terminated with fellowship and dinner.

| :: 21 March 2017: Our club, Rotary Club of Calcutta Magnum organised a joint Club Meeting with Rotary Club of Calcutta Sutanuti at our meeting venue, the Commune, Kolkata. |
Two guest speakers, Mr. Saji Philip and Dr. Ranjini Dutta addressed the gathering. PP Rtn Ajay Agarwal, DGND 2019-20, was the special guest for the evening.
Mr. Saji Philip, Director Operations of International Justice Mission in Kolkata, works actively to eradicate children and women trafficking by spreading awareness, providing shelters and grooming the rescued victims. His presentation was alarming and touched our heart and inspired us to take more care of our women and children.
The second speaker, Dr. Ranjini Datta,HOD Clinical Dietetics, KPC Medical College, Kolkata and connected to many other reputed organisations presented and advised on the effects of daily intake of nutrients on human body in different forms, guided the audience on healthy diets and cleared existing misconceptions on daily eating habits. Her session too was enriching and was highly appreciated by the attendees. |

They have discussed about 2 big projects, the possibilities of executing jointly by 2 district or clubs from both districts, DG assured him that will support our projects. |
